Welcome to the Cotswold Physio Rooms Clinic and thank you for taking the time to look at the clinics services we. I am the clinical lead of the Cotswold Physio Rooms and have extensive background on Rehabilitation and pain management of injuries and health conditions.

My background is running, having run now for over 20 years I understand how to treat the running conditions. I have deigned the sports massage packages for our runners and believe these provide the best deep tissue release that will improve your running.

My name is Lucy and I’m a Physiotherapist. I qualified as a Physiotherapist 2 years ago and since then, I have worked in a number of different areas including trauma and orthopaedics, community, stroke rehab and working as a sports massage therapist in Switzerland. I have developed a particular interest in sports rehab, working alongside Oxford RFC and therefore am keen to work with various sports clubs and athletes to aid recovery from injury and improve their performance
Hi everyone I am Brazilian Physiotherapist, registered in England, with The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, HCPC registered in the UK, With experience in helping people overcome physical injuries and conditions such as back, neck, hip and shoulder pain.
I graduated as an Internationally qualified Physiotherapist in 2016 and began my career working as an MSK Physiotherapist in Brazil. After moving to the United Kingdom my passion for treating musculoskeletal problems has grown and I have continued my dedication to deepening his knowledge. Soon I discovered that Pilates exercises are an extraordinarily effective solution for addressing and preventing many of the problems my patients face. Since then I've accumulated many Pilates clinical qualifications and clinical physics and have been teaching her own classes since 2017.
Having run a very successful physiotherapy practice with an on-site Pilates studio which was established in 2017. She knows how much of an injury and impact pain can have on the human body and was able to use her knowledge to create her own Pilates exercises programs that have helped many of their patients

Hi, my name is Alice Bennett and I’m 19 years old. I am completely passionate about fitness, health and what are bodies can do.
My goal is to help people live better lives by utilising the healing benefits of Sports Massage.
As well as working part time at Pirate Fitness Gym in Witney and having my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification I decided to qualify as a Level 4 Soft Tissue Therapist at The Oxford School of Massage and have gone on to achieve my Level 5 Sport Massage. This qualification is the equivalent to a university degree and means I now have the ability to offer my clients a completely holistic 360-degree service, which allows them to truly lead pain-free, healthy and active lives.
I work with clients with a range of issues from sports injuries to arthritis to tension headaches. Whether you have an injury that needs repairing, a muscular imbalance that is causing pain elsewhere or you simply need a deep tissue massage I can help.
I’ve spent time in various massage environments and spent a season working with athletes at the City Of Oxford Rowing
I utilise a wide range of techniques including soft tissue therapy, trigger pointing, manual therapy techniques for the spine and peripheral joints and sport specific and occupational rehabilitation.
I advocate that everyone should be entitled to pain-free movement regardless of age and ability and take great pleasure in facilitating clients to achieve their own personal potential whilst preventing future injuries.
My treatments vary depending on your needs and I can concentrate on a specific area or provide an all round maintenance treatment for optimum physical fitness.
